Barkers Interiors has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, ensuring that all products are fairly described and that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and inclusive of UK sales tax at the current rate. Where goods are supplied under the “special scheme” for VAT any VAT included is non reclaimable – this applies to the supply of antiques sold on our website.
Any weights and dimensions are approximate only. Colours of products are displayed as accurately as possible, however as these are dependent on individual screen monitors we recommend that you request a paint colour card or fabric and wallpaper samples before placing your order.
Each item listed is sold subject to its product description, which includes price, estimated delivery dates and guarantees. These are all correct at the time of being entered onto the system; however we cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted. Some of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. We make every attempt to remove any items from the website that are no longer available. Barkers Interiors do not carry every item that you find in our showroom on the website, and not all web-merchandise is available in-store. Please note that our showroom runs independent pricing to our website.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the goods ordered are not available or will be delayed.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Barkers Interiors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Barkers Interiors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Barkers Interiors shall issue a credit to you in the amount of the incorrect price.

You place an order on our website by selecting an item and following the instructions which guide you through to the checkout. Here a separate payment screen will open for the transaction to be processed through a secure online payment system. Barkers Interiors accepts most major credit and debit cards. Once you have submitted an order you will receive an acknowledgement email from us, detailing the products ordered, and including a unique order number. No contract exists between the buyer and Barkers Interiors for the sale of any products until Barkers Interiors has received, processed and confirmed the order and Barkers Interiors has received payment in full ( cleared funds). By placing an order with us you accept that Barkers Interiors will take payment with immediate effect following the placement of your order regardless of whether the items on your order are in stock at the time of purchase. When your order is shipped then we will send a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between both parties is effective from the moment of despatch.
We are unable to amend any details to your order once it has been processed and despatched. We cannot add any items to your order and cannot combine shipping for any additional orders placed.

Legal ownership of all merchandise remains with Barkers Interiors until full payment has been received by us. . Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery. Legal ownership will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
Occasionally the manufacture of a product may be delayed. This can be for reasons such as material shortages, import delays, or higher than expected demand. We will keep you informed of any such problems. We accept no liability for any delivery made before or after our delivery schedule.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt of their goods. This does not apply to bespoke items (i.e. not ordered from stock) and such items as made–to-order curtains, cushions, furniture and paint.
No paint goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. Paints are made specifically for your order and are non-returnable. All paint deliveries must be checked on receipt to ensure the finish, colourway and volume are correct. Paint tin sizes may be substituted to make up the order at no extra cost to the purchaser.
Barkers Interiors cannot accept claims for wallpaper hung in excess of one roll, and then only where a fault could not reasonably be recognised before hanging. Any claim must be supported by returned samples, labels and proof of purchase. No claims for hanging costs in excess of one roll will be accepted. Claims for adhesion problems will only be considered when the recommended wallpaper paste has been used in full accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. All wallpaper deliveries must be checked on receipt to ensure that design, colourway and batch numbers are correct and the same throughout each room lot. Barkers Interiors cannot accept liability for complaints resulting from the hanging of papers from different batches.
Items ordered from shop stock may be returned within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund provided that they are unopened and unused. To facilitate such a return you must contact us by email, quoting the order number. You must return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition and we will refund the original purchase price excluding the original cost of delivery.Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You bear responsibility for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods so we recommend using postal insurance for your own protection.
Every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered in pristine condition. If they are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery then you must immediately notify the delivery driver. If damage is discovered after delivery then you must notify us within 2 days.
If the goods are damaged and we are unable to repair the item to satisfactory manufacturing standards then we will order a replacement item upon confirmation of the damaged item’s return. If the goods are defective we will refund the full purchase price, including delivery charges, as soon as possible, together with any return delivery charge you may have reasonably incurred.
Barkers Interiors makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable. To the fullest extent permissible Barkers Interiors will not be liable for interruption of business; loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of the website or off website links; access delays or access interruptions to the website; computer viruses, system failure or any malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of our website; any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content, or, any events beyond Barkers Interiors reasonable control. Intelligent Matt Emulsion
Intelligent Matt Emulsion is Little Greene’s ground-breaking paint – it is matt, environmentally-friendly and completely washable. This makes it suitable for all areas of your home including kitchens, bathrooms, children’s rooms and high-traffic hallways.
Absolute Matt Emulsion
Little Green’s most popular paint, Absolute Matt Emulsion is the classic finish for interior walls and ceilings. It is a water-based, environmentally friendly paint and dries to an incredible flat finish.
Intelligent Eggshell has been formulated to resist moisture, staining and general wear and tear. It has a tough, soft, low-sheen finish and is suitable for woodwork and kitchen and bathroom walls. Recommended for busy homes, wanting durability with a soft, low-sheen finish.
Intelligent Gloss is a washable paint with a high sheen finish. It is ideal for use on interior and exterior woodwork, primed metals and plaster walls particularly in rooms that need to be cleaned frequently such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Little Greene’s Exterior Masonry paint is available in almost all colours and can be used to achieve a long lasting matt finish on brick, stone or rendered walls.
Traditional Oil Eggshell
Oil eggshell is a paint used traditionally for woodwork and metalwork. It has a low sheen, but also a tough finish to withstand wear and tear and repeated cleaning. Little Greene’s Oil Eggshell is suitable for interiors and exterior applications.
Traditional Oil Gloss
A classic high sheen finish ideal for use on front doors and can also be used on interior/exterior woodwork and metalwork. It is extremely hard wearing.
Floor paint has an extremely tough mid sheen finish.
Tom’s Oil Eggshell
An exterior eggshell, opaque wood finish that creates a low sheen on woodwork and metalwork.
