We will inform you when the goods are despatched, carrier details and estimated delivery time. Please inform us if the goods are not received within the estimated delivery time and certainly within 2 days if the goods are lost or damaged . You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Goods will be deemed to have been delivered once delivered to the specified address in your order. We do not need to satisfy ourselves that the person accepting delivery at the specified address is the buyer ( or authorised by the buyer to accept the goods).
If the buyer or any authorised person is not present to receive the delivery by our carrier on the agreed date, re delivery may take place the next day and if not in on the redelivery we reserve the right to re-charge the buyer the delivery cost up to a maximum of £49.00 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
The quantity and content of any consignment dispatched is recorded by us and shall be conclusive evidence of what you receive on delivery unless you can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary. All goods must be signed for, we accept no responsibility once goods have been signed for at the requested address. We are unable to deliver to unattended premises or outside customer addresses ( unless otherwise stated by you and at your own risk).
There is no standard delivery facility operating outside the UK however, please contact us by email stating the details of your order and delivery location. We will respond with a quotation if the delivery is possible.
Paint and rug and furniture orders are always despatched separately to other goods.
Orders must be placed by 12.00 noon on the previous working day for our next working day delivery service. Please note we are unable to offer this service at weekends, or for heavy or fragile items or paint
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. In the case of an order containing out of stock items, customers will be given the option at check-out of either part ship or to wait for all goods to be in stock before shipping. Orders that are part shipped will be charged separate carriage for each part shipment.

Paint orders are always despatched separately to other goods. Paints are delivered to your doorstep by courier. Under normal circumstances, orders for Express Delivery are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order, so are usually delivered within 2-3 working days ( UK mainland). Orders for standard delivery are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order, so are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Paint deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made at weekends or Bank Holidays. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging to receive goods and appointments for decorators.
All paint deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery to ensure the finish, colourway and tin size are correct.
Paint cards can be posted to you at a cost of £1.00
Rugs and furniture are always despatched separately to other goods. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of rugs and up to 28 days for delivery of furniture both items subject to stock availability. You will be advised of estimated delivery times on these items when your order is confirmed. Samples of rugs showing quality and colour are available to view in our showroom. We strongly advise that you view these samples prior to ordering to ensure satisfaction with colour andfinish of rug.
Click and collect enables you to buy online and collect free of charge from our showroom – ideal for paint orders which can be mixed ready for your collection from our showroom.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. When you come to collect your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you along with proof of ID. If you cannot print your order confirmation please ensure that you have your order number when you come to collect. Someone else can collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you nominate must present a note from you confirming the arrangement along with their ID, your ID and proof of purchase.

Items stocked in our showroom and sold from our online shop can be returned for a refund excluding paint, which is mixed to order and cannot be refunded. Items ordered specially for you (eg rugs ) or made as a bespoke item ( eg curtains) cannot be refunded or exchanged. We strongly recommend a visit to our Woodhouse Eaves showroom prior to purchasing rugs and bespoke products via our website in order to view samples to ensure that the items meet your exact requirements. Our friendly showroom staff are always on hand to advise.
Stocked items ordered via our website may be returned within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund provided that they are unopened and unused. To facilitate such a return you must contact us by email, quoting the order number. You must return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition and we will refund the original purchase price excluding the original cost of delivery. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You bear responsibility for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods so we recommend using postal insurance for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Free returns to showroom – simply bring your parcel with the order confirmation to our Woodhouse Eaves showroom. You will be given a receipt as proof of your return. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt . We are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
